Save the attachment to your home directory.

$ wget http://ibiblio.org/pub/linux/system/emulators/wine/wine-0.9.34.tar.bz2
$ tar xvjf wine-0.9.34.tar.bz2
$ cd wine
$ patch -p1 -i ~/patch.diff
$ ./configure --prefix=/usr && make && sudo make install
$ cd (RFO installer directory)
$ WINEDEBUG=+msi wine setup.exe >& msi.log
