I started it again in virtual desktop and I cant see graphical issues. I would say this is fixed. I can't reproduce it in Intel graphics, either with game version 1.008 [1] or 1.022. Tested in wine 1.2.3, 1.6 and 1.7.24.
Was it an upstream Radeon bug?
