Direct3D9 is not available without OpenGL. Please fix your system first (missing 32-bit OpenGL libraries (part of the driver).

Confirming, using wine 1.2
I lie. on re-running Itunes I can actually click on stuff, however nothing actually plays. it says its playing but no sound. I should note that when i ran Itunes the first Couple times it was exactly like op reported. Gives waring about not being installed properly, opens and then freezes up. I minimized it to tray but then could not maximize again so I went to terminate the process using the"system monitor" however while Itunes was running i had lost the ability to click on native Linux programs such as system monitor. i had to terminate the process using the keyboard. I realized, that GUI stays responsive, if I have no network connection, but stalls when network is connected. Still valid 1.9.21-git. But I noticed that if you start itunes and kill the process and restart itunes the gui becomes responsive.
Retest. 36b0bab6592437bb90d3bf0c8e2475d9f707f20b iTunesSetup92.exe Sha1sum matches with Austin's (comment 22). I was unable to get this installed corectly with pure wine 2.0.rc3. So I installed it wine-staging and tried to run with wine and it does run but the interface is non-responsive. Another run with wine-staging and it works. The only issue I noticed with staging was that some of the icons sometimes vanish. So it installs and runs with wine-staging 2.0.rc3.
