Can you provide more informations:
 - your HW config (graphic card)
 - your SW config (graphic card driver version, x version)
and some logs (keep only interesting, and compress):
 WINEDEBUG="+d3d,+d3d_shader,+d3d_caps" wine <your game.exe>
