[Bug 8864] WinRAR refreshes incessantly, makes scrolling difficult

While I'm looking into that, I'll post here..  Could you try deleting 
everything wine related with the following commands?

cd ~
rm -rf .wine
cd </path/to/wine/build/dir>
make uninstall
make distclean
git fetch
git rebase origin
./configure
make depend && make
sudo make install

and then try to reinstall wine and see if it still occurs?
