Please don't clutter the bug with unrelated issues.
This bug is specifically for Visual Studio .NET 2002 and 2003.

For other Visual Studio versions visit appdb and follow HOWTOs.
You obviously didn't do that - there are required prerequisites _before_
running installer.

Correcting some fields.
