You most likely have some app auto-start entries in your registry, possibly the result of installing multiple apps in the prefix. Make yourself familiar with the concept of WINEPREFIX. Rename/move the broken prefix (~/.wine) to a different folder. Your Wine version is old, upgrade. If you don't know how to do this, seek help in WineHQ user forums.
