Is it The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim? Is it reproducible with Steam version?
This looks a bit strange as ntdll-FLS_Callbacks first appeared in Staging 5.7, while you specified that the regression is since 5.6.
Can you please attach WINEDEBUG=+pid,+loaddll,+module,+thread,+relay log?
as far as I know since 5.6 its showing some load_section error.
