http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59190 Bug ID: 59190 Summary: Wolfenstein: The Old Blood / Wolfenstein: The New Order - black screen in the menu Product: Wine Version: 11.0-rc4 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: NEW Keywords: regression Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: winex11.drv Assignee: wine-bugs@list.winehq.org Reporter: gyebro69@gmail.com CC: rbernon@codeweavers.com Regression SHA1: bcb1f3d29562edabfd089bedb539cf2295a5e6a8 Distribution: ArchLinux The intro videos are displayed correctly but the menu is black (with occasional flickering). EGL and GLX are both affected. Reverting commit bcb1f3d29562edabfd089bedb539cf2295a5e6a8 fixes the problem for me. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59190 --- Comment #1 from Béla Gyebrószki <gyebro69@gmail.com> --- Commit 4164535eac54a2c5d561cd996c247e7a84644400 does not resolve the problem completely because the screen is now flickering insanely in those 2 games. wine-11.0-rc4-21-g4164535eac5 -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59190 --- Comment #2 from Rémi Bernon <rbernon@codeweavers.com> --- Sorry, it does fix a black screen for me on AMD, but I guess it might be different on NVIDIA. There's something weird with these games as they have two active OpenGL contexts in different threads, both drawing to the game window somehow, and this makes us swap the surfaces back and forth (probably causing some flickering in some case). I'll have a better look. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
