It happens only when playing videos. Doesn't happen in virtual desktop mode - it just runs without changing the resolution. It might be related to tray icon - it seems the focus jump between the game itself and "Wine System Tray" as seen in virtual desktop mode. When run in this mode, the game is playable, but the tray is on the top - user needs to click on it, then unminimize the game.
