[Bug 1246] - fixme:ddraw:_Blt_ColorFill Color fill not implemented for bpp 24!

For the fun of it, could you remove the '/* 24bpp 8/8/8 */' lines in
dll/ddraw/ddraw/user.c. Ie remove this :

    /* 24bpp 8/8/8 */
    { sizeof(DDPIXELFORMAT), DDPF_RGB, 0, { 24 }, { 0xFF0000 },
      { 0x00FF00 }, { 0x0000FF } },

And re-do a 'make install' in dll/ddraw.
