[Bug 18480] New: Civilization III 1.29f will not start game.

It gets to the main menu, though not in full screen, and then allows you to get to the first menu for starting a new game. It allows you to select your options without a problem, though with a some lag. When you attempt to continue to the next screen the wine program informs you that there has been an error and it needs to shut down.
