During gameplay, when you move the mouse, the cursor is only drawn periodically. For Star Trek Armada II Demo a similar thing can be observed: The cross is always drawn, but the surrounding circle only periodically during movement. I can't seem to reproduce the problem with Star Trek Armada II demo. Tried with 1.3.5, 1.3.10, 1.3.35. The mouse pointer was always visible.
