the application needs:    
QtGui4.dll    
QtCore4.dll    
mingwm10.dll    
(qt 4.1, mingw 3.4)    
    
it works only with current cvs (20060218) and above    
the window shouldnt get smaller than 800x600   
but with wine I can make it as small as I want  
looks like the resize event ist not triggered as it should
