[Bug 48476] New: World Machine 3D preview window not working

It only shows the terrain in 2D, even when you toggle the "3D" button immediately below it, which is to supposed to switch between 2D and 3D preview. This is a known issue on AppDB but apparently there is no bug reported about this. It's still probably a good idea to look into this as anyone using a higher edition can't upgrade unless a yearly fee is paid. Here is I obtain with wine-7.0. Can you explain what the problem is?
It appears you switched the view to 2D where it does work correctly. Click '2D' again to switch it back to '3D'. Left click and drag on the preview to see a flicker, which can either be an overlay of a flat color or the last '2D' view.
