According to http://test.winehq.org, worked up until 062628ad8020e09063fcdf6302e86f17321e2ea8, then started failing in 583f0f08ed8c1e4f8dce679db5256fdc4c142ada. This is probably a bug in GdipCreateBitmapFromScan0 or CreateDIBSection that was exposed by the new test.
Could you try to run the graphics test in an older Wine build and see if it still crashes?
