Everything works fine up until i start the campaign, and then everything on the
screen just starts flickering. The only way I was able to stop the flickering
was by pressing the volume up button, but it is extremely annoying to press the
volume button every 3 seconds.

I found a similar bug to this, bug 29261, however, if i change the ddr to gdi,
then the game simply wont start.

Attached a last run wine log.
