These failures are systematic when running WineTest.exe but don't happen when running advapi32:service on its own. This is probably what causes this bug. Also note that when the event logger service crashes it gets restarted after 60 seconds. advapi32:service run too soon after advapi32:eventlog so the service will not have restarted yet.
