The error occurs when I try to run the game Neverwinter. System: 64-bit. Wine version: 1.7.40 O.S. Configured under Wine: Windows 7 I ran the game via the PlayOnLinux, which uses Wine to run the games. The error is something like "D3D_COMPILER...RESOLUTION_1278X768..etc ". On first execution this error there. But now only shows the window saying it gave an error and needs to close (does not specify anything). Good night.
I'm sorry, but that's not my problem. The game runs in Directx 9, 10 and 11.
Could withdraw as "duplicate", because the problems are different.
Clearly it is, based on the log you provided. You might try forcing the game to run in dx9 mode somehow to workaround this issue (or maybe disable d3d10/11.dll, to really force it). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 33153 *** -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. Thanks for the reply. This game features command line. I've tried turning it on d3d9 games, but without success. I even installed the directx 9 and 11 in the same virtual machine that it is installing in PlayOnLinux, but without success. Any other idea?
