I testet on Arch linux, and on Kubuntu. Now it starts. I change back to unconfirmed cause nothing changed in winehq, so the failure might be still there on other systems.
And it should be displayed in AppDB on Hard Reset 1.0, so that affected people can see it.

You need to submit it in AppDB. No one else has reported this bug here, and it seems likely to be either misconfiguration or an app bug.
