I have patched installation with "Command & Conquer - The First Decade v1.03 unofficial patch". It's impossible to complete more than one mission in the game because every time a mission is completed and the mission accomplished screen is shown (kill stats etc), then the game consistently hangs when it's about to print the last stats. It hangs at the exact same position every time. There's no "weird" output from Wine at the time of the hang as far as I can see apart from a few stub! messages which are pretty normal throughout the game until it hangs. I tried running ra95.exe with "schedtool -a 0x1 -e wine ra95.exe" to limit Red Alert to 1 CPU core but the issue remains. My game happened to be installed on a NTFS drive and it turns out my Arch can't write to it - thus Im guessing RA hangs when it tried to write the stats file (Top scores at mission accomplished screen) to disk. This bug can be closed as it was not a bug in Wine.
