Please check that you have this registry key:
[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\DirectX]
"Version"="4.09.00.0903"

If that won't help, then run it with "WINEDEBUG=warn+file wine..." and check if
it tries to check for some files in system32 directory. If so, just "touch
file.dll".
