Stacktrace of the unhandled exception

Civ 2 crashes when starting a game, gui works up to that point.

I am quite sure its a regression of 6.10, I will try to revert to confirm.

I have tested with both 6.10.1 and 6.10.1 staging.

It is consistant.

As far as I can tell this also crashes with 6.8, and it crashes in a
WINPROC_wrapper call. I didn't try looking further.
