Each bug should target only one problem and this one is fixed/closed because it was about the startup failure.
It seems you've tried to use the app by clicking menu items. There are indeed multiple Wine insufficiencies still present, each one exhibits the same generic error message (but entirely different problems). Let me create new bugs for that.

Hi Anastasius, No, I got this error when I tried to launch the application, so this bug is still not fixed for me. I couldn't get to open the application, so I didn't click any menu items.
