I'm including the error output. You seem to have installed native d3d9, that's not supported. Does the bug also happen in a clean WINEPREFIX?
I deactivated d3d9 and the opening screen came up, but then nothing. So I installed the last stable version of wine and now it's running ok. However another game that was working now freezes up. Gain one, lose one! The problem with the other game was a separate issue and a new bug should have been filed for that.
