I downloaded and installed Warcraft III through iCCup's website.

When I run the program it starts and seems to be functionally ok, but the whole
screen/graphics has a significant flimmering effect in addition to being
completely misplaced/unproportionalized.

Can you provide screenshots?
Does wine-staging with CSMT help?
