WINE console output after RTCW crash at end of tram level

This bug should have been fixed in WINE 1.1.22, but it wasn't. The unhandled
page fault at the end of the RTCW tram level (where you met Kessler) is still
there.

I just found out that this is NOT a WINE bug. It happens when you run RTCW with
a resolution which is not supported by RTCW natively (1680x1050, 16:10 in my
case). Switch to a resolution supported in the system settings of RTCW and the
game will run fine.

This happens with the native Linux binary, too and so can't be a WINE bug.
