Could you please try with 1.3.23? I was working with the latest git this last weekend and I didn't have any problems saving. The attached backtrace looks a bit like a use after free. I suppose you could try if WINEDEBUG=warn+heap makes it crash, but my impression is that it's probably fixed already and the original reporter has abandoned the bug report.
