[Bug 10182] New: Hapedit doesn't launch web browser

I downloaded and launched hapedit. Font seems fine to me, but clicking on the "Browser" button fails to launch a browser to preview the current document. I peered at +reg traces but didn't see how it's trying to detect the default browser. Please retest in current git. If the bug is still present in today's wine, but was not present in some earlier version of wine, please update version field to earliest known version of wine that had the bug.
