A bisect shows that they started with the commit below: commit 91e54e5f6d33ff17ce6ab904fbdcdeb6497de8cb Author: Helix Graziani <helix.graziani(a)hotmail.com> AuthorDate: Tue Sep 26 20:03:44 2023 -0400 uxtheme: Add ShouldSystemUseDarkMode.
