SSL Server Test (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs) shows certificates chains issues
for www.winehq.org [1]. It says "Incorrect order, Extra certs" in Additional
Certificates section.
I'm not sure whether this is a serious issue, or not. But, it seems something
wrong with server configuration. So, I report on this.

It seems that this issue has been fixed.
Commit a0fe286174912551c7d1fc552455abb0577d0a67 might be related.
