[Bug 24700] New: Explorer++ doesn't open command prompt windows properly

If the program was started via a GUI (e.g. double-clicking its executable in a native file manager), the icon doesn't appear to do anything. If the program was started from a terminal, the command prompt appears in that terminal window. After closing the program, the terminal needs to be reset to work properly. I downloaded Explorer++ 1.3.5 64 bit version.
Started it from console. Browsed c-drive and command prompt icon became available and I pressed it, it opened seperate window.
