When I start a (skirmish) game, when I recieve my $10000, the following error 
for "cash flow sound" is repeated maybe a 100 times in console:

err:dsound:DSOUND_MixOne underrun on sound buffer 0x7fe2ffb8

Instead of sound there is just a lot of noise.
