[Bug 3500] New: Foobar2000 Preference dialog won't work like it should

The left side configuration tree is messed up in foobar2000 Preference dialog.
Few first lines are hidden and can be accessed only by using keyboard arrow
keys. If the + button is cliked front of the branch in settings tree the whole
list act's weard.
