this is the backtrace  from the above described error

I try to install turbo cpp 4.5 it hangs not creating shortcuts for the program
when i start from installtion directory program windows appears as son as i
interact with windows  "winevdm has encounterd error" appears and program
carashes

First you need to upgrade your Wine, 1.6.2 is very old.
