[Bug 4346] Picasa crashes if Arial truetype font (or a substitution) is not installed

It is a Picasa bug, and a known one at that.  Mike M knows
more.

The traditional work around is to bundle a .ttf file (the Vera
fonts come to mind) with Picasa.
