Hi, a few things you might try;
hack from Thomas Carnecky: http://dbservice.com/ftpdir/tom/alsa-audio.patch
or patch from Mike Hearn:
http://wiki.winehq.org/Implement_SetThreadPriority

Maybe it won't help a bit, but it's wortha shot i'd say
