And wow, that was an ugly menu. All posts describe the problematic patch with e178ddd9e1e16d1a3f52492799692e289eefcf8c The other patch 7f2b8f9bba906b8620eb6c643a86c65b69d022fb worked. I think What he mean was , when he left out the first "bad patch" e178ddd9e1e16d1a3f52492799692e289eefcf8c, and continue to build from 7f2b8f9bba906b8620eb6c643a86c65b69d022fb then it will not display the corrupt menu. It was kinda confusing to me. But anyway, I found the problem and sent a patch yesterday. (the screen resolution restoring stuff)
OK. I can confirm now that this one works in 1.08 with restoring the screen resolution. The other effect with the corruption in the Age of Empire game i can not test since i do not have it right now.
