I've got Breezy. In
http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt/dists/breezy/main/binary-all/Packages.gz it
says version 0.9.19. Dapper has access to 0.9.23.

You can get the dictionaries from ftp://xx.99.202.92/Van%20Dale.tgz if it's
available. Replace the xx by 145.
