Also, sometimes an additional question in such dialogs (in this case: "[ ] Always perform this check") is not rendered but I cannot find a reliable way to cause this issue.

Can't reproduce the issue on ArchLinux with wine-3.15. Are you using a clean WINEPREFIX?

XP doesn't even have a taskdialog. When removing the taskdialog export from wine, you get the exact same dialog as on XP - it's the fallback. I selected win7 as baseline for wine implementation. On win7+, the main title is larger and bold. Thanks for the report. I do discover another bug though. Clicking the close at the title bar making the dialog become very long. But that is another issue.
