[Bug 6495] Civilization 2 crashes on load after game complains about audio driver

Using Wine 1.1.29, I start the program and recieve the following error message:

"Wave Out Error
The wave header was not prepared. Please use the Prepare function to prepare
the header, and then try again."

Could someone please reopen this bug?
