It starts, but you get the error "Something went wrong displaying the webpage" Download at https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.ht... (Use chrome-win.zip) Bisected to https://github.com/chromium/chromium/commit/2cab8367dd145569c2164306e9b2d24c... Depends on bug 53981 (need to work around that first) and possibly bug 53835.
