Tested the MS Arcade applications (asteroids.exe, bz.exe, cp.exe, mc.exe, and 
tempest.exe) using WINE version wine-20050524-1rh73winehq.i686 and the "err:
ntdll:RtlWaitForCriticalSection section 0x4053f360 "syslevel.c: Win16Mutex"
 wait timed out in thread 000b, blocked by 000a, retrying (60 sec)" error did 
not occur.

The games technically function even if its dependencies (.dll files) aren't 
configured as "native" in the DllOverrides in the WINE configuration file (no 
important error messages are given, but nothing visual will happen). Put 
amdspin.dll, arcadevf.dll, arcctl.dll, and wavemix.dll into the virtual c:
\windows\system folder and specify the overrides and the games will start (and 
actually be usable). Full-screen mode also works but currently no sound.
