This is bug of Dark Engine - it can't run in multiprocessor/multicore systems.
Using "taskset -c 1 wine Shock2.exe" solve this problem.
I checked and the fansite seems to confirm that this is problem on native windows too http://www.thief-thecircle.com/guides/hyperthreading/ Thanks for info.
