It's not due to a spoiled wineprefix, as i tested and reproduced this behaviour with a clean prefix. The Icons in the Filedialog are missing as well. Click "browse", change the path manually in "Folder name" edit control or use buttons to navigate and click "ok". The only thing that is misleading is the "INSTALLPATH" text in static control on property page after clicking "ok". It should read the changed destination path. Though that is most likely covered by one of the already existing msi bugs (browse property). $ wine --version wine-1.3.34-353-g6fe14a0 Reopen if you can reproduce with clean WINEPREFIX and _recent_ Wine version.
