Unless 96 DPI and using a theme, then text is wrapped unnecessarily. Screenshot shows 96 and 120 DPI with Luna theme and without theme. The text 'Add Remove Programs' becomes 'Add Rem... Programs' using other settings it's possible for this to happen to many other items. Possibly if a line is wrapped it should just have a hyphen, with ... only used on the last line.
