Since the version 1.1.20 my Civilization IV - Beyond The Sword (version 3.17) fails to start. I can see the loading image and before the game loads completely it crashes with an unhandled exception. I hope my attached file is useful for fixing the issue. With wine version 1.1.19 I don't have this problem.
