In principle that means you should file a bug at freedesktop.org against the appropriate component, but note that the nvfx driver has been deprecated by upstream Mesa in favor of nv30, so you'll probably want to give the latest version of Mesa a try first.

At first, you could try the latest driver from Nvidia. No. I've mentioned this before, please just stop telling people this. There's no reason Wine shouldn't work on Nouveau in principle.
