error report by wine about the install failure

Executing setup.exe a number of windows with an X and Ok appear. This is after
pointing to the folder containing the installation files. An error report
appears after i clicked OK on the error windows (more than 10).

If you mean a clean installation then yes.
I deleted all wine config files in my home folder and reinstalled from scratch.
i tried both setting for 32 bit and 64 bit environments as from memory the
program was back in the days when few 64 bot programs were around.
Acadlt95 originally ran in w2000 and win xp.
As a workaround I have setup a win xp virtualbox and acad works properly there.
