The program is shipped as msixbundle (???), it can be extracted with 7zip wget https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/releases/download/v1.2.2381.0/Microsof... 7z x Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_1.2.2381.0_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixbundle 7z x CascadiaPackage_1.2.2381.0_x64.msix Though this all looks rather hacky, I checked that after copying over the extracted folder to Windows 10, the application starts fine when I just start "WindowsTerminal.exe" in the unzipped folder (just started "cmd" , cd to the extracted folder and typed WindowsTerminal.exe in the console). So I guess wine should be able to do this as well.
